If any GO/MO staff's spouse would like to participate in any social events during the GS1 Asia Pacific Regional Forum 2025, please complete the registration form here separately for your spouse.
The participation fee is USD 400 per person for staff and USD 200 per person for accompanying spouses.

The personal data collected in this form will be used for the purposes of registration, identity verification, issuance of certificates or badges, logistical arrangements, documentation, and related correspondence.
The owner(s) of the personal data provided in this form has/have the right to access and correct their data in accordance with Articles 19 and 20 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam on personal data protection. This includes the right to obtain a copy of the data provided to GS1 Vietnam.
By submitting this form, you confirm that all personal data shared has been collected in compliance with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Laws, and that the data owner(s) have been informed their personal data will be submitted to GS1 Vietnam for the purposes described herein.
